So, no, they are not weird. Allowing yourself to be sunburned needlessly is not a healthy or pleasant practice. Also, if they help anybody get some healthy exercise because they otherwise would feel exposed to ridicule – that is a good thing. IMHO, it is the The Green Knight T-shirt in other words I will buy this more flamboyant gay men who wear the most extreme short shorts …so short and tight there is little left to the imagination. These guys are the “in your face” types you find in any group; they take everything to the extreme and dare anyone to say something about it. And I realize, for the most part, the majority of gay men do not attire themselves in this manner …even if they are engaged in a celebratory event …if the majority of gay men even attend these events …which I highly doubt. Unfortunately this extremism does two things, makes for “bad press” …feeds a stereotype for the gay agenda …and unfairly “labels” any straight guys who enjoy wearing shorter inseam shorts as “gay”. And I’m talking reasonable shorter inseam shorts like these: I am of a generation where men wore *shorts* …and yes, they exposed some thigh. I was not a product of the male body shaming that’s been going on for a decade or more and I am also not 20+ pounds overweight …like, unfortunately, most men are today. As a man I am not ashamed to show some leg. I am comfortable enough in my skin and masculinity where I don’t care others may snigger and question my sexual orientation. Nope. It’s all y’all out there wearing “shorts” going to your knees having the “personal issues”. I cannot fathom the attraction to the “half-pants” passing for men’s shorts these days.
