I just buy my clothes just a little bigger. I have also had some of my clothes altered to accommodate my diapers. My tailor tells me I am not her only customer with the same request for diapers and prosthetics. For girls skirts and dresses work well. For guys wear baggy clothes and put something on over the diaper. Anything that will fight diaper sag for when you wet. Try a onesie or some Spanx. For parents it depends on how nosy they are. Try setting boundaries. Tell them you need privacy. Wash your own clothes, clean your own room. Take away their reason for being in your room.

Its not that difficult and after a little practice you get the combination that works best for your body profile. If you wear during the day it starts with getting the right diaper that fits for your needs. Then depending on size and capacity use a onesie which really does hold everything in place and removes bulk and shape. It also will reduce any noise. If the diaper is less bulky under pants or soft plastic pants add to the hold. I recommend to wear loose fitting pants or training wear, that can be easily be removed if necessary. Try to find colours that are not to dark to hide any leaks. Wearing shirts t-shirts – pullovers that are longer will hide any diaper peep! No one will notice [even your parents] in public if your wearing, as not many people are looking to discover others who wear diapers.
