She used the the band aide expression a couple of times so now I am wondering if I am talking to a bot. She tells me her support team sent me an email. I am frantically refreshing my email to see if I got it. After about 5 minutes of this I tell her I didn’t receive any email. I say, I hope you didn’t send the email to the person that hacked my site because if you did you just alerted them to the fact that we are trying to fix this. I cant remember exactly how she responded to that but yes they did. She was locking the site and would change the email. Out of the blue she asks me if there is anything else she can do for me. I say how can you do anything for me when I cant login or see my site? She then says, well its been good talking to you or something like that and I am like wtf, my site is still down. She says they will send me a support ticket. I say when because I still dont have any email. She says 24 to 72 hours because “they dont want to just put a band aide on it”…. again with the band aide thing.

Unless there is a Blizzard, Tornado, Earthquake or some other disaster it shouldn’t take a web hosting company 72 hours just to send you a support ticket when the Originnal Betty Boop Tits Winnie The Pooh T-shirt Besides,I will do this site your paying for that they host is down. This happened to me once before on Godaddy a couple years ago and in less then an hour it was fixed. They had and still have 24/7 phone number and 24/7 chat support that actually goes to a tech person not a person that just relays messages to their “team”. I have had websites now for over 23 years and this is the worst experience I have ever had with a host. I checked my email this morning and still no response and site still down. I have literally hundreds of links across social media that have my companies name on it that are all dead and its been that way for at least 48 hours as far as I can tell.
